Victoria began her career at Bergen Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Inc. in 2010 after graduating with a BA from Elon University (NC).  

Since joining the team she has not only assisted in the day to day operations of the business, she has worked tirelessly in reformatting and redirecting many of the company's internal processes.  This includes the implementation and training of her team on the new FieldAware field management system.
